Dan Watkins

Hi, I’m Dan and I’m the newest member of the PCP Wales team. I have over 10 years' experience working in the Charity, Adult Training and Employability sectors, with a special interest in Neurodiversity, Instructional Design and Organisational Learning & Development.

I hold several qualifications in related fields and a Member of the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) and Certified MIEP Employability Practitioner. I will be helping PCPW to explore the various funding opportunities out there in the first instance and will also support with the digital side of the Training which is currently in development.

I live with my partner of 9 years, Lee in South-East Wales, where we have been following PCP Wales work, and Kim and Lucia in-particular for some time now and it's been interesting to meet such a diverse and interesting bunch of people. Everyone at PCPW has been very welcoming so far and we have a lot of great ideas between us, so I’m looking forward to exploring them in 2023 and hopefully bringing a new perspective to the team.
